One of the Queen Palms in our backyard died in the winter freezes of 2009/2010 and another very small one in the backyard did just fine ... no frond damage that I can see at all. We have three huge Queen's in the front yard and one of them has totally brown fronds, no green showing at all. I'm hoping to see new green shoots on it soon.
