Hi,
I bought 4 cuttings from HI last spring. I potted them per instructions and by the end of summer I had leaves on all 4 cuttings, so I am guessing that they all rooted.

This winter (before it got Central FL cold) - all of the leaves dropped off each plant. During the winter I brought the pots into the the garage, so there was no possibly of the cutting freezing.

Spring has sprung and I brought the pots back out on the deck and watered them. The cuttings are a nice medium, dark green.
My questions: Should I do anything else to nudge the plants back into putting out new leaves? How long should it take before the leaves start to appear? At what point to do I need to repot the plants?

Thanks in advance. (Photo is from last summer)
