We planted another 525 yesterday during a rare thaw that I had bought super cheap in Jan, assuming I could get them in the ground at some point before spring. Bleek twisted my arm, but I knew they would be excellent ones. His bulbs are always the best. It started out at 44 in the morning and by evening it was back to winter, 22F. Got very windy. I can hardy move today. So the otal bulb count planted for this season was 5085.........nuts, but it will be pretty.

Alliums are always loved too, but then all spring bulbs are at my house. My favorite Allium has been Globemaster, but I didn't add any of that one last fall. I added more Mt. Everest and am trying one called A.Early Emperor that I got in the B&B sale along with more A. Firmament which is very dark, but not as big and late. I also order a couple from KLEHM'S that are short. A.Snowcap and one called A. Blue Eddy. I will be posting pictures if spring ever comes. Here are some from the past. Just have snowdrops so far.
