Here's one of my favorite "re-purposing" endevors.
It's an old fertilizer spreader with a 3-pt hitch that you can put on a tractor. When the part that you adjust the amount of fertilizer coming out broke, and then part of the bottom rusted thru we sank it in the ground, drilled a few extra holes in the bottom for drainage and voila, Planter.
