I finally got my "cold smoke generator" and plan to smoke a few things in my cardboard smoker box next week, weather permitting. On my list is to smoke salt, sugar, some nuts, some sun-dried tomatoes for a sausage recipe... and some local honey. Who knows what else may crop up in my thoughts before then? LOL. I'd smoke some cheese if I had any!
