RachelLF, that pepper plant is about 5 yrs. old and no peppercorns as yet. I will definitely start one for you and promise that the next variegated rosary vine I find is yours.
That is another new plant, you sure know how to pick them.

I have these little bitty hoya blooming now, but the fragrance will knock your socks off!
