Thanks. I did get back yesterday, arriving at 7:30 a.m. and stayed for six hours. Activity was sporadic. Because of heavy rains up north in Pennsylvania, the dam was pushing a lot of water through. I have never seen the water as high while I have been at the dam. The rocks across the river where the eagles usually sit could not be seen. So it forced the eagles to go elsewhere. I spent most of the day chatting with a couple from Ohio who drove 7 hours to visit Conowingo. Burd, we talked about McGee Marsh and Ottawa National wildlife Refuge and YOUR warblers.

Here is a photo from last week. The eagles are sitting on the rocks across the river. The photo has 7 Bald Eagles and 2 Great Blue Herons.
