I would go ahead and repot that anthurium in a very loose soil. Mix in a little orchid potting soil and ensure that it is not sitting in water. It might help. I like to keep my Antheriums in hanging baskets where the water can drain quickly.
My CC are just sitting there with no signs of blooming any time soon.
