One "Baby" has come up beside it in the year that I've had it moved to it's new location, so maybe by underground runners? Now that it's established maybe it will make more babies faster. I'm always up for trades...( like I neeeddddd more plants, LOL) They are saying we may get some rain toward the end of the week. I certainly hope so. I dragged out the 125 ft. hose to the end of "front" of the front yard and watered the Rose of Sharons. They look terrible, and have dropped most of their leaves. One of the purple firespikes is out there as well and it looks pretty sad also. The other Cassia is hanging in there, but hasn't bloomed at all this year. On the other hand. The BIG Pipevine is 30 feet up in the trees with long dangling blooms ! LOL... Here's the White Sky vine....giving up just a few blooms. If it does like the Blue I should have tons of blooms next year it will be it's second year. |
