Bird Identification: CLOSED: Could this be a hawk, and what type is it?, 1 by tigercad

Can you please help me with the type of bird this is. He was always fun to watch after he caught his prey, cause he would do this dance with his wings spread out while standing on the ground. I guess that this is the way that they suffocate their prey. I am so looking forward to learning more about him.
