Great shots everyone! I haven't been taking many pics. My yard seems to be empty of birds even though I have a good spread set for them. The bluebirds visited the house this week, they haven't been around since their second brood fledged in mid-summer. They were checking out the digs, though.

Went for a walk in a local nature park yesterday and observed some interesting Northern Flicker behavior. There were 3 flickers in a tree doing a lot of vocalizing. Two were sparring bills and talking to each other. Resembled some kind of mating ritual, except wrong time of year.
