These are a few of the jugs I Winter Sowed last year and had pretty good luck growing seedlings into blooming plants. When it was time, I cut the bottoms out and planted the whole "cow patties." Well that's what they looked like to me...either that or hockey pucks....lol One example that bloomed is the Homestead Verbena grown from seeds you gave me, Susie. Can't tell y'all how many times I bundled up and went out there just to open jugs when we had a sunny Winter's day but felt more a freezer. And it was a challenge keeping the jugs watered when we started to warm up. Folks on the W/S forum gave good tips too. Lots of die hards there. Am I in again.....you bet.
