I'm back and I did not get Pizza. I was very good. I got a Pretzel stuffed with Jalapeno cheese. Happy Heartburn everyone. Oh how I love them, they come out of the oven hot and if you enjoy a bit of "heat" they are sooooo good. That is just one of the many things WAWA has that I like.
I put up my Fall signs too. One says "An Old Bat Lives Here" and the other says "the Witch is IN". Speaking of old Witch, I am still having a problem with the Administration. They can not find the dmail I got telling me how to run my business, so I had to send them a copy. They were more interested in changing the signature from Dave to whoever, than they were the fact I do not want them telling me how to run my business, especially when it is not necessary. They need to fix the problem so if they want to spy on us they do it correctly and then I would not get letters telling me to do something I have already done. Jerks. I feel sorry for Terry, she is not the bad guy here, but no one else has come forth to talk to me except her.
Back to attending to the birds. I have a small flock of hookbill birds (6) now. I used to breed and sell Exotic Birds for about ten years. I had the Laurel Run Bird Farm in Cream Ridge, NJ and had a wonderful time and about 100 birds until my Mother needed more attention and I did not have the energy to feed, water and sell birds so I down sized and finally , when she died I sold all the rest of the birds and the real estate and built an extension on to my daughter and SILs farmhouse here in Burlington County, NJ. They have a Christmas Tree Farm, and I have a small Greenhouse where I raise my tropical plants. I had to be Certified by the State as a Nursery in order to sell and ship according to NJ Regulations. So, my GH is inspected each year and I am a certified nursery. LOL Just another license to buy. When I sold birds, I needed a license to do that too. Only in NJ could that happen I guess. I am actually a "Horse" person. Tell you about that another time. Must get busy. JB
P>S> the photo is of some of my baby Parrotlets I used to breed, handfeed and sell. I still have the little featherless guy in the middle, his name is Rover. He was the runt of those two clutches shown here, but a perfect male Pacific Parrotlet, so I kept him.
