Tropicals & Tender Perennials: ID's and is there something wrong with one?, 1 by plexippus

I know very little about these but they were pot bound so I cleaned their roots and re-potted them in a cactus mix, perlite, pumice, small bark chip mix. More organic material than what I would pot a C&S in but still nice and light.

The one with the smaller leaves was looking pretty yellow but after repotting and being placed in dappled sunlight it is greening up nicely.

The larger leaved one I just got and I am concerned about the reddish leaves. Are they supposed to be that color. If not can anything be done to fix them?
