MMMM a CANNA.. gee I never thought of it that way.. but the leaves do look like one.. only a real small plant... and the flowers kind of look like one.. it's just so small.. at about 2' tall...and blooming..all my others are growing up at 10' - 12 '.. so it never ocoured to me ... I'll call it my dwarf canna... ..

debra.. I can't believe you are useing the plastic slinkies.. for the same thing... they come to me from trade shows and the like.. after years I finally found a use for them.. I should have asked here.. right... they are a part of this large round aluminum circle I'm decorating to be my American Dream Catcher... we'll post it again when it's filled in
