OK, I will try again....

Sharon ~ I am here! I have been away from the computer for various reasons, and one very important one...I am getting everything ready for the fall season. I plan to start a lot of new things this year as well as fall veggies. Is anyone here doing the same? Also I have been working on digging the trench for my asparagus bed. The 'Purple Passion' asparagus will be arriving this coming fall from Gurney's and I want to be ready for it.

Jeanette ~ Thanks for asking, I am better. And it is a combinations of things...some ongoing. Thanks for sending us the cooler weather. We only got a few raindrops so far, but we will take cooler. It is so difficult to work in the heat...even though it is not as bad as JB, Dave or Sharon have it. Anything over 80° is hot to me these days. I work so long and then I cannot see from all the water dripping...then I have to go inside. Wha'cha' cloning these days? (I would like to clone myself to get all my work done...LOL!!) Do you sow your sweet peas there in the spring or in the fall? I am getting ready to sow some. If you would like some LMK, OK?

JB ~ The Vicary privet are still looking good, so LMK when you want them, OK? How is your weather these days? Any cooler? High winds yet? (I sure hope not......) I am glad that your business is picking up. What is your ebay handle? Do you have your own website?

Dave ~ I hope that you are not overdoing it. (The digging and all...) Mercy must really be a sweetheart, huh?

Jill ~ My foxtail lilies are about 6' tall, well at least the tallest one, anyway...here it is in my "Peach of a Garden"....it was taken July 7th and the only other flower near that tall was the 'Beverly Sills' iris....

Dawn ~ I have lost several posts here today. I do not know why. It is inconvenient to say the least.

(edited for poor spelling...LOL!)
