A couple of weeks ago Ned identified a juvenile Loggerhead Shrike for me, and at first I thought this might be a Shrike too, but from the picture it doesn't seem to have the hooked beak of the Loggerhead Shrike. It could just be that the photo angle wasn't right to see the beak clearly enough. This bird is a lot smaller than the one last week. We have lots of Mockingbirds around these parts but it doesn't really look like any juvenile Mocker I've ever seen. I'm hoping to spot one again in the next day or two and possibly get a better picture but I thought I'd post this one anyway just to get some ideas.

Any ideas?
