Can you believe with the cake, I didn't have ANY...about a teaspoon of Angel food...but with this new "way of life" and eating...I was afraid to take a chance. I just want to feel better so much.

Tomorrow morning, I have to get up at 5:45...and leave here by 6:30ish to get Shane to ROchester for a dentist appointment. So I think I am off to bed shortly!

Betty, we went down to the lake tonight, was SO pretty. Was waving too you and Dianne.....did you see?
