Bird Identification: CLOSED: Anyone recognize this Hawk?, 1 by plantladylin

I'm assuming this one is a young one too, it stayed in the backyard from @ 7:30 a.m. until 11:00, never going after any little birds but watching them attentively as they flitted about in the trees and shrubs and back and forth to a feeder. I thought for sure it would pounce on a cardinal or wren etc. Around 11:00 I was sitting on the bench in a corner of the yard and all of a sudden it began calling. In the distance a block away I heard another one calling (maybe Mama?) and it flew off in that direction, screeching all the way!

This photo has shadows but I can clearly see the red shoulder markings!
