They do form seeds and I have found some in a plant growing in a public garden, but for some reason, my plant did not form any seeds that I can find last year. I cut off a few stems earlier this spring and stuck them in several moist areas of the yard. They are still alive, so I am assuming they have rooted. I will have to remember to check them soon to see if that is the case.
