Tose varigated brugs are awsome, you will love them. I can't grow camelias here for some resaon. Those are so pretty when blooming. And your mandevilla is beautiful. I havn't tried those.
That black tube is a water drain to funnell the water away from the corner of the house that USED to leak. Now it all goes to the flower beds. WHEN it rains.
