Water Gardening: water turned dark, 1 by kirbyk

I've got a 3640 gallon rubber lined, 5 1/2 foot deep pond with Kaldness K-1 and K-2 filters with air injection, a 100 watt UV, a salvio skimmer filter, lots of plants, a bog filter'd stream.... probably too many fish... and everything has been running great... untill the beginning of this week. All of a sudden the water has turned hazy dark green. Could it be because its been so hot and the algae on the liner is 'turning over'? I cant see the bottom no more.. and I took out my pond vac... theres nothing on the bottom. Has anyone else experianced this?
