The are all suppose to be those double toppers, yeah right, first year only now nothing but cone flowers when while trying to pry weeds out of the brick baked clay soil, I stumble onto this. The leaves look like cone flower the blossoms not so much, at first I thought it was a mum but nope it is a cone flower. Have you all seen this before?
