Then save the others and W/S them when it gets cool...that way you will know for the future which way is best for ripe seeds. I think they germinate naturally in the winter as that is when I discover the hellebore seedlings...they don't all survive in nature. This was taken in July when the seeds were forming in the flower...I did nothing to try and capture the seeds as I was thinking..."self-sow"...
