I built the rock wall, just stacking the stone. No cement. I did that back in April, and then I planted that sad lantana, which was growing sideways in it's pot, and added some fuchsia. The 4'OClocks came up on their own. The aloe, heavenly bamboo, and that one bougainvillea have been there for years.
Will show photos later of the job when completed. DH is changing the irrigation heads(?), so that everything will get water. Yippee!
