The berries are round and very red on the bush when they are ripe. A clump of them will hang on a little stem. We have so many at my boyfriends place that I go around and pick them for the chickens from time to time. They love them. I'll try to get a picture of them when I go back up there if the birds didn't get them all by then.
Maybe I should send BF out to try to take a picture of then with his camera.....hmmmmm.
He needs to learn how to use it. LOL

Flowers, don't feel bad. My mom had a number of hens and chicks. And she had TWO green thumbs. And none of her's ever bloomed either. She could get her Cactus to bloom year after year, but the hen and chicks never did.
This has to be a different variety then what she had, because this is the second year in a row that it has bloomed, and I wouldn't be surprized if it does again next year.

I'm back home and back to work, so time for bed. I'll try to download some of the pictures that I have on my camera tomorrow.

UGGHHH, Flowers, I should have guessed that that could have been a calla lily. I have enough of them! I guess the fact that the blossom was laying down kind of threw me off. Mine are all standing up. I'll try to get the picture of my 3 big pots of them downloaded tomorrow
