Texas Gardening: Need I.D. please of butterfly nectar plant, 1 by flaflwrgrl

She & her hubby saw it at the nursery & bought it because of all the butterflies on them. She can't remember the name of it so they have dubbed it the "butterfly heroin" bush. She says it's always loaded with butterflies. It is the one in the pot with the purple trumpet shaped flowers with the tiny white ?throat?.
Any one have a clue?
