Rcn, that stinks about your missing plants. And, I'm glad you mentioned that the 'Beaujolais' doesn't need to be kept moist. I've been trying to keep it well watered, which is why I planted it right next to the bird bath.

HollyAnn, sometimes our chipmunks do a pretty good job at making a single impatien disappear from its planted spot!...Chip could be your thief lol
