African Violets and Gesneriads: June Blooms, 1 by kimskreations

We went to "the worlds largest yard sale" today and there were SO many tables with some really old things on them.
I found 3 or 4 nice containers with lids to make terrariums with. I hope to make a terrarium for my new episcia one day this week. Although it's not blooming I will share a picture when it's done. I'm really enjoying terrariums right now. They are just so maintenance free and the plants seem to enjoy them.
I also found a teeny teacup set which I plan to put a micro in. I'll take a picture when that's done too.
Yesterday I went to Lowe's and they had some Sesame Street "kids sets" that came with seeds etc. BUT the thing I liked is the tiny pots and how they came with their own little dome. Not just that but the pots are nice cheery colors. I selected the hot pink and bright yellow. They also had red and orange. I find my babies really enjoy these little greenhouses. I have 4 sets so far and hope to pick up a couple more before the season is over.
