How about 3k an acre in the outer reaches. a good sized home with a nice yard 120k and up. but its twister teritory, when the sirens blast its time to grab the matress and jump in tyhe ole bathtub. most bathrooms are in the center of the house which is safest for surviving a big one. of course knock on woodwe miss them.

Nebraska gets similar heat as we do. the garden is over flowing. I did not expect it to go this far and its still growing. pic is space coast small talk..one of my faves
