I thought he was a pretty one myself. Stormy, I think all my flowers are huge this year, especially the peonies. I'm using Preen to the max this year, so I hope it works for me too. I am sick of pulling single tiny weeds from every square inch. In some places I can scrape with the putty knife, but it's mostly labor intensive. If I said a prayer for every weed..... Holly, we haven't seen any pictures yet, so I look forward to the gazebo if that's it :o) I love Turtle Savers! Sally, does he not like to lay still for a long time :o) I seem to only get a few threads finished and then need to get out and walk before it gets hot. I don't know where 5:00 went! It gets late so fast. I've been trying to get that last biggest bed done. No one was home yesterday so I ''mooned'' all four directions. I'll bet the wind didn't know which direction it was blowing from, LOL! I got the entire outer edge done before it sprinkled on me. If I had know that was all we were going to get, I would have had my bath out there! Now I need to finish the middle. At least this bed isn't so wide and has a lot of daylilies covering the ground. Did you know toads prefer to be in a tangle of weeds? When I weed they move to another bed. But, the wrens can hop around better and I want all the mosquitos eaten! We have a chance for thunderstorms today. We'll see. So far everything is drying up before it gets here. LadyG, I hope all is well with you. Time keeps marching on and hopefully you will be done done done! Prayers for an easy day. Have a good day everyone! Tippy toes |
