I love Crocosmia. I have a few Emily Macenzie variety bought online. BTW, if you are ever looking for a wide variety try Brent and Becky's Bulbs. I just bought a bag of red from Home Depot. Mine came up within a few days. I planted mine 4" deep in well-drained soil. Make sure the soil is well drained, and no critters are getting to the bulbs. Now not all of the bulbs came out, but a majority did. However, I expect that with a HD purchase.
