Bird Watching: 2010 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds Vol. 2, 1 by pelletory

She was just 5 feet from me, I had to adjust the lens in order to get this shot because she was too close. As soon as she heard the noise from the camera she left the feeder and went over to the Honeysuckle vine just another five feet away but I couldn't get a shot of her there because she stayed on the opposite side.
I had my first male Hummingbird on April 28th but it was so nice to see this female so early. :-)
