I fed Daddy BB some worms yesterday afternoon and watched with my binocs where he landed down on the creek. Went down and braved the greenbriar and poison ivy in my shorts, which was fun. But was able to spot all 6 of the babies. Got a shot of 3 of them. When I first saw them, all 6 were huddled together, but they flew when I approached even though they were quite high in a tree. Good that they have developed survival instincts, but they are still weak flyers.
