Kayte, I'll take a photo of the berm area. I planned to put a small lotus in the pot Kathy is referring to, if it ever gets warm enough for it to do anything.

Here's a combination I am liking this year. These are the heucheras I was talking about on another thread, I think. The mother plant came up as a volunteer, planted by the fairies. Apparently they are a Villosa type because they are very large. They are decidedly brownish in color and I just love them! They go nicely with the Exbury azalea, the dwarf barberry, and the geum sp? .
