Here is a map to the Pavillion. The road is marked in red and it does not have a name as far as I know. Follow it all the way to the end and unload your car and then go back a few hundred feet and park along side the road as there will probably be lots of college kids and families. The island in the river is about 50 feet away and the triple water falls that you can actually slide down are about 250 feet away. There is also a pub/restraurant next to the waterfall.

If you are heading South you can take the CM Allen exit which I think is 204B. If you are heading North, you have to exit HWY 80 and turn around and come back on the access road.
