I needed to throw Preen on the soil because hundreds of tiny weeds were taking root. My plan to overseed with some tall pretty flowers was foiled because I needed to put the seed killer down. I'm not quite sure how I will put actual plants in because I put the lilies in so close that there is not much stepping room. Time will tell.
