There is a dry cistern right there and he put in a copper line for an outside faucet, notice the red stone that he used to mount the electric box and he is looking for a hand pump to put there. He has an old one that isn't working, he could mount it as decorative but wants one that works. He spent part of one day just pulling a broken pipe out of the cistern well.
