Dellrose....I love your Miss Kickbutt. I have a pair here and they are real characters; just bold as brass and always entertaining! Cute shot of the baby blue, too. Mine are on their 1st nest with (maybe) hatchlings. It's been too cold for me to open the box up this week but the feeding behavior has definitely changed.

Red....gorgeous shot of daddy blue. My pair came as close as they ever have today. They were tolerating me sitting on the deck 5' from the dish....maybe because it is cold here and they really want the worms!

Dellrose....I have had a dickins of a time with a "winter" robin that refuses to go home. He is a total pig and bullies the docile blues. So, I have taken to sitting on the deck because he is skittish and they are not. I like your solution, though....I'll have to try to rig that up as I have a kitchen window that looks out over the deck.
