Greetings. I wanted to share some pictures of our back side yard project that we started and finished this past weekend. I didn't take any before pictures (I know, I know), but imagine in your head dirt and weeds. The only thing that was there previously was the ficus hedges, the mango tree, and the papaya plant. We rented the HD truck, picked up some stone, picked up the sod from a local sod nursery (used approximately 3/4 of a pallet, the leftovers went to a neighbor), unloaded the sod, returned the pallet then the truck, prepped the area (hoeing, weeding, clearing, leveling), laid the sod, watered it in, bordered the planting area, and began planting. 10 hours later Saturday we were exhausted, so my wife and I finished the planting and laying the stone early Sunday morning. The plants added include a couple bromeliads and some begonias. They should mound nicely. Enjoy the pics! I'm still feeling the work in my back! We are very pleased with the outcome.
