I read that Dutchman's breeches are native. What conditions do they need? How long to they bloom and how large does the plant get? I'm trying to add more natives the garden.

My hyacinths and daffs are done except the Winstion Churchhill's I bought this year. They were the last to bloom and lived up to expectations. My white bearded iris are just about done blooming, and the dwarf bearded iris have just started. I love this little one, it's called Baltic Blue. If you click on the picture to enlarge, you can see the blue beard.
