I did see my first-of-the-year Snowy Egrets and Little Blue Herons, this week, so that's a good sign. Unfortunately, the leaves will already be on the trees when the masses arrive. Fortunately, on the waterfront, trees generally are not an issue. In the meantime, I've been taking a bunch of photos of one of our local Osprey. Since I don't have a view into the nest like Margaret (in Perth), I will probably limit my Osprey photography until the offspring are ready to fledge.
