Bulbs: What IS this? Pic1, 1 by clpgirl

They have tiny, skinny, lightish green leaves, all tangled-in the first pic you can see them around the leaf on the ground.

We planted several kinds of frittilaria, nectosporum (sp?) along with the regs. I can i.d. the tulips, daffs etc. but these are a mystery. Any help?
