I've been hearing a lot about vitamin D as a cancer fighter, so sun on the skin is a good thing!! I'm so glad the weather has been nice enough for you to get outside and play. We lose ourselves when we are doing things we enjoy and I sure enjoy raking off the old to uncover the new!

I didn't have time to plant these one year and just threw them on the ground. The compost must have covered them. I couldn't believe they bloomed!
