I didn't realize, until this winter, that there are a some varieties of perennial Ranunculus you can start from seeds. Stumbled across the "Bloomingdale Series" and the "Mache Series". Planted just a few (10) "Bloomindale Mix" seeds in early January. Didn't want to plant too many in case they didn't make it because they were stated a bit late. Can always try again this coming fall at an earlier date. Here's what they're looking like today. I'm not very skilled at seed starting, but these were relatively simple. Jon |
