Howdy: From my experience most of the hospitalist don't do well at all they don't know their stuff its like they are quoting from a preplanned web page. I hate them, I am sure there are some wort it but most of my experience has been they are from the middle-east and some of the southern european countries.

Ok stepping down from my soap box.
Pinching the plant removes whats called apical dominance. apical dominance is what makes the plant get long and single stemmed. I just went through and cut the tips of all my urc's from nc farms. they were getting into the lights. by pinching a couple of times it makes them branch out and are a really nice plant. now not all plants need to be pinched but i treat everyone the same and pinch a few times.

I will be off and on the next few days as either my head cold is back or my allergies have hit me hard. here is a pic of the front yard after my BIL finished with it. I hope to put together a series on how it progressed, from the azalea's removal and planted out. stay warm everyone
