Insect and Spider Identification: A grub/caterpillar in my spaghetti!, 1 by lynx1986

I thought it might be a caterpillar but then again, there's no garden nearby so could it be that this insect strives in different environment? Here's the picture of (cooked) caterpillar. About 18-22mm long. Greenish, yellowish. Please help me to ID it. Thanks a lot :)
