I would bury the cane on your Ti plant just a little and wait until it is warm and sunny then pot individually. Congratulation on getting them rooted. Joeswife might have a few suggestions for you, we know that she is very good at rooting sticks.
This is mostly how I get my plants from friends. Someone left this at my door.
