I took a few photos but they were too far away, plus I illegally stopped on the road, got out and snapped a few photos, for the record. Pelle, I normally see more Scaups but I have a difficult time distinguishing between the Greater and the Lesser Scaup. The Redheads are quite attractive. Donna, I only saw 2-3 Bald Eagles this weekend but all too far away, likewise. Hope you get to see yours a lot closer. Thanks, duc. I always take a lot of photos because one second changes a photo quite a bit, with a moving subject. The Snow Geese were active all day long. They would land and then take off again, constantly. It was so windy which made it feel quite cold and I had some concern that the wind might blow over my tripod, camera and lens. But seeing all of the Snow Geese helped ease the pain. I didn't change my camera settings all day, i.e. aperture priority F/8. |
