Joeswife, I am so sorry that it too so long to reply, cleaning up afer the snow storm is hard work. I did not have time to take pictures. It's funny, I also have a little planter pot like yours.
Concerning your two new baby bananas, I would leave them until they grow a little bigger before trying to seperate them, maybe next spring.
The plant in the snow is a noid Hellebores.
